During the March 12th episode of WWE NXT, Trick Williams vocally expressed his sense of betrayal and challenged Hayes to a match at NXT Stand & Deliver. Emphasising that Hayes would never measure up to his level, Williams vowed to settle the score for the injustices perpetrated against him.
However, his proclamation was swiftly interrupted by the Meta-Four, comprising Noam Dar, Oro Mensah, Lash Legend, and Jakara Jackson. Dar, acknowledging Williams’ prominence in NXT, expressed his desire to share the spotlight. As tensions escalated, a brawl ensued, culminating in Williams fending off the members of Meta-Four. Notably, the altercation took an unexpected turn when Williams shared a kiss with Legend before continuing to fend off Dar and Mensah.

Trick Williams denied that he imitates WWE Hall of Famer Booker T. While Williams stated that he does not imitate Booker T, he does talk to him frequently and the legendary wrestler shares advice with him and insists that Williams makes a name for himself and doesn’t want him to have to rise through the ranks off of his name alone.
