Top WWE Star Potentially Set To Switch Brands

Top WWE Star Potentially Set To Switch Brands

Another WWE star appears to be switching brands very soon as the build to WrestleMania continues.

The Men’s Royal Rumble match was mainly focused on the main roster with no NXT stars or legends making cameo appearances and the only non-WWE names making an appearance being TNA World Champion Joe Hendry and streamer IShowSpeed. However, one return did take place as AJ Styles made his return from injury at number 21 after being out of action since October.

Prior to his injury, Styles was a member of the SmackDown roster having previously feuded with Cody Rhodes and was in a match with Carmelo Hayes before suffering the injury. However, as reported by Mike Johnson of PWInsider, there were talks that The Phenomenal One could be moving over to the Raw roster in the next few weeks.

It should be noted that while it is unknown what the plans are for Styles moving forward, he was eliminated from the Royal Rumble by Raw star Logan Paul.

Additionally, it has been speculated that as he was eliminated from the Royal Rumble by Damian Priest, Drew McIntyre may also be switching brands from Raw to SmackDown in the coming weeks.

Another Returning WWE Star Has Plans Confirmed

Styles was not the only name to make a shock return at the Royal Rumble as Alexa Bliss also returned to WWE after more than 2 years away from the ring. Much like Styles, fans are curious as to what’s next for Bliss as WrestleMania season approaches. According to a new report, early plans for Alexa Bliss are in place.
