AEW Star Dax Harwood denies reports that he is unhappy
Dax Harwood refuted recent claims that he is unhappy with a post on Twitter highlight his appreciation and noting that he is the happiest he has ever been.
Guys, real quick, I’m the happiest I’ve ever been. The “he’s unhappy” narrative that’s been painted of me because I stand up for myself has always made me laugh, but today even more. I’m very appreciative of what all of you have given me & my family. Stress is down, life is good. https://t.co/nIfYleFb3Ypic.twitter.com/NN9cGZLt9E

Harwood and tag team partner Cash Wheeler, known collectively as FTR, have established themselves as one of the elite teams on the planet in recent years and were earlier this week voted the Wrestling Observer Tag Team Of The Year for 2022. They also picked up the award for Feud Of The Year with The Briscoes, but with AEW only congratulating the BrIscoes for the honour, rumours ran rife that FTR were unhappy.
This was denied by Harwood however, but does come admist further speculation that the duo’s contracts are set to expire in April. Harwood, who hosts the popular FTR With Dax Harwood podcast, recently discussed the team’s future with Inside The Ropes’ Kenny McIntosh.
The duo previously worked in WWE as The Revival, becoming the first team to win the triple-crown trio of NXT Tag Team Championship, RAW Tag Team Championship and SmackDown Tag Team Championship. But despite this success, relations soured and the pair were released by WWE in April 2020. They would soon resurface in AEW, however, making their debut on the May 27th 2020 edition of AEW Dynamite.
