Tony Khan goes after an AEW champion after his heinous actions on Dynamite.
The Don Callis Family showed once again they were on top at the main event of the September 3 episode of AEW Dynamite. The final match of the episode saw “Hangman” Adam Page team up with Kenny Omega, and JetSpeed’s Mike Bailey and Kevin Knight against Matt and Nick Jackson of The Young Bucks and Josh Alexander and Kyle Fletcher of The Don Callis Family.
The ending sequence of the match saw The Family take out their opponent. The TNT Champion planted Hangman with a Brainbuster on a Steel Chair, and despite The Cleaner attempting to fight them off, he was outnumbered.
The end of the episode saw the group put Kenny through a table. Omega was later put on a stretcher with several AEW stars checking in on the former International Champion, including his partner, Adam Page. Another notable name who checked in on The Cleaner was none other than Tony Khan, who had a notable post-Dynamite reaction.

AEW President Tony Khan doesn’t get involved with the on-screen actions too often, but when he does, it creates a memorable moment. Notably, in April last year, he was attacked by The Elite and Jack Perry on Dynamite. On this week’s episode, he played a new role.
After Kenny Omega was stretched out following the attacks on him by The Don Callis Family and The Young Bucks, Tony Khan was visibly shaken and appeared in tears at ringside, all the while other wrestlers attempted to console him.
Not long after, his usual and composed nature boiled over as he stormed away with an angered and emotional look, possibly going after The Don Callis Family or to further check on Kenny Omega.
