In addition, the show will serve to highlight some of the names drafted to Raw from NXT.
“Current preliminary plans for tonight’s Raw includes: Return of a big time superstar, a family reunion, and the start of highlighting those drafted from NXT. HHH is looking to have people talking about the first post-draft #WWERaw in a major way.”

While there is no word on who the major return could be, many wonder if Big E could finally be making his return to the company after being out of action for more than a year with a broken neck. Drew McIntyre is also a possibility as the star hasn’t been seen since failing to capture the Intercontinental Championship at WrestleMania 39.
News of a family reunion also has fans talking, leading fans to wonder if popular NXT faction The Way could be back together in an official capacity. WWE today released a video chronicling the love story between Indi Hartwell and Dexter Lumis, and Hartwell recently vacated her NXT Women’s Championship after it was announced that she’d been drafted to the red brand. Hartwell is currently dealing with an injury suffered in her final title defense against Tiffany Stratton and Roxanne Perez.
Brock Lesnar Is In Jacksonville, FL For WWE Raw
Ahead of tonight’s broadcast, PWInsider Elite reports that while he was initially not planned to appear, Brock Lesnar is in Jacksonville, FL ahead of Raw. Lesnar faced Cody Rhodes in the main event of WWE Backlash, being rolled up and pinned while he had a Kimura applied to the American Nightmare.
Lesnar was bloodied in the match, and while many wondered if the spot was the result of something going wrong, PWInsider reports that the blood was 100% planned.
