Toni Storm Suffers Defeat In CMLL Debut

AEW Star Toni Storm Sends Another Warning To Wendi Richter

Toni Storm didn’t have a successful debut at Arena Mexico.

The former Women’s Champion competed in her first CMLL match at Super Viernes on October 18th. Toni Storm was originally set for an earlier match against La Catalina, but Hurricane Milton delayed her arrival to CMLL.

After the unfortunate delay, the two competitors finally met in the ring. However, the three-time Women’s Champion was defeated by the Chilean star.

Storm has not been seen in the promotion since she lost the title to Mariah May at All In. Since then she returned to Japan to compete for STARDOM in losing fights against IWGP Women’s Champion Mayu Iwatani.

Despite her losses in the past few months, Storm was credited as the best women’s wrestler in the PWI list due to her amazing run as women’s champion that lasted for 281 days.
