Toni Storm Challenges New AEW Recruit For Women’s Championship Match At Dynasty

Toni Storm Teases Leaving AEW For Unlikely New Venture

Toni Storm’s next challenger is confirmed.

Fresh off from her victory against Mariah May at Revolution 2025, Storm is all set to face her next challenge. For the past few weeks, new AEW recruit Megan Bayne has been troubling Storm and eyeing her title.

Tonight, on the 19th March episode of Dynamite, Bayne defeated Kris Statlander in an excellent and brutal match. This set off a brawl between Storm, who was present ringside, and Megan Bayne. Fans witnessed security and referees run down to the ring to stop the two stalwarts.

While the brawl came to a halt, Storm and Bayne shared an intense staredown. Acknowledging Bayne’s sheer physique and strength, Storm then challenged her to a match. Toni Storm challenged Megan Bayne for a Women’s title match on 6th April 2025, at the Liacouras Center in Philadelphia. As of this writing, the title match has not yet been confirmed.

Earlier last month, Tony Khan announced Megan Bayne’s signing, and within just a few weeks, she might already be eyeing her first title in the promotion.
