Tommaso Ciampa has shown off his incredible body transformation that seems to be down to WWE Hall Of Famer Diamond Dallas Page’s DDP Yoga.

The former NXT Champion has clearly been taking to heart Page’s affirmation that his DDPY program ‘ain’t just f’ing yoga’ as DDP Yoga shared pictures of Ciampa on social media.

Accompanying the posts was the caption:

Recently in NXT Ciampa has been pairing up with former rival Timothy Thatcher as they negotiate the tag team division on the black and gold brand. Most recently the team of Ciampa and Thatcher were defeated by the Legado del Fantasma team of Joaquin Wilde and Raul Mendoza.
Ciampa had seven months away from the ring in 2019 when he was forced to undergo an anterior cervical fusion on his neck. This injury caused Ciampa to have to relinquish his NXT Championship after 238 days as champion. Since then he has had few chances to reclaim the gold but failed in his first attempt to win back the title at NXT TakeOver: Portland against Adam Cole. Ciampa was also unsuccessful in the first-ever Fatal Four-Way Iron Man match in company history in September 2020.
Ciampa’s rivalry with Timothy Thatcher saw Tommaso Ciampa defeat the Californian star at NXT TakeOver: WarGames IV. The two men then paired up for the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic where they made the semi-finals, losing to the Grizzled Young Veterans. During their run in that tournament, Ciampa and Thatcher met in a Fight Pit where Thatcher was finally able to overcome Ciampa.
