TNA Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace is tough.
On the May 23rd episode of TNA Impact, Jordynne Grace defended her Knockouts Championship against Marti Belle. While Grace was able to retain her title, the match didn’t come without cost as the champion ripped her ear in the bout.
In a post-match promo on social media, Grace showed off her injury and celebrated having kept her title even if she lost a part of her ear. She said:
“There’s a reason why I am one of the most dominant champions in TNA. I went out there and I got a piece of my ear ripped out! And I still came out with the Knockouts World Championship! There’s a piece of my ear, with the earrings on that woman’s tights. But she still took the pin. Now I gotta go see a doctor.”

Marti Belle and HEX ally Allysin Kay had words for Grace following the bout Kay began, saying:
“Marti might not have won the match, but she’s taking home a souvenir with her.”
Belle chimed in next, celebrating the fact that Grace’s earring was left on her tights.
“You just don’t listen, so I had to make sure I took a piece of your ear. Just know, that as long as you have that Knockouts Championship, you’re gonna have a Hex on your back.”
