TKO President Says More WWE Content Is Coming, Will Be Announced

TKO President Mark Shapiro has some good news for wrestling fans who enjoy additional content related to WWE.

On top of producing 7 hours of original programming each week, more if a PLE is taking place, the company has given fans hours of extra content over the years including interviews and documentaries while also partnering with other studios to produce films and TV series featuring members of the roster.

With Raw moving to Netflix in 2025, it is already heavily rumoured that a behind-the-scenes show similar to the popular F1 series Drive To Survive may be on the way. According to a new update, other partners may also be in contention as multiple deals are being negotiated and look set to be announced soon.

Speaking at the Q2 investors call, Shapiro praised the creative work of Triple H on weekly TV while adding that Nick Khan is currently in discussion to produce more short-form content in association with WWE:

“The creativity of Paul Levesque on the WWE side. That’s a tall order. He has a Friday night show [SmackDown], a Monday night show [Raw], NXT. We’re talking with other content providers on more short-form content, a bunch of deals that Nick Khan is currently working on and we’ll announce in due time.”

WWE Breaks Records Again

August 8th saw TKO publish its latest quarterly financials, which were the second since WWE was purchased by Endeavor back in September 2023. Continuing their successful run under new ownership, TKO announced that they had set a new record for quarterly revenue.

H/t to Fightful.
