Titus O’Neil Honoured With School Named After Him

Titus O'Neil

Former WWE Tag Team Champion Titus O’Neil has more to celebrate than most wrestlers as the star has been honoured with a school named after him.

O’Neil is well known for charity and community work that he undertakes in his hometown of Tampa Bay, Florida. His reputation in his city is such that despite not being a fixture on WWE television for some time the star was named one of the hosts of WrestleMania 37 when The Show Of Shows turned up to Tampa earlier this year.

WWE Chief Brand Officer Stephanie McMahon has taken to social media to congratulate Titus O’Neil on having a school named after him in his hometown. The school will bear the real name of O’Neil – Thaddeus M. Bullard:

It’s official – the Thaddeus M. Bullard Academy at Sligh Middle Magnet School! Congratulations @TitusONeilWWE, a well-deserved legacy for the impact you have made and continue to make for students and families in your community!”

Titus O’Neil last competed inside a WWE ring back in November 2020 when he was defeated by then WWE United States Champion Bobby Lashley.

Former WWE Superstar Mojo Rawley recently talked up O’Neil during an appearance on Chris Van Vliet’s Insight podcast. Rawley called the former Primetime Player one of WWE’s top 3 most valuable assets:

“I was one of the few guys they used for the community service drives. There aren’t a lot of guys in the company that can do those. I know that Titus O’Neil is the poster boy for that stuff. Honestly in my opinion I think Titus is one of the top 3 most valuable people in all of WWE.”

“I know that might come as a shock to some people, but we got tons of guys that can wrestle. Almost everyone on the roster can put on a hell of a match. But how many guys can go out there and make change and bring in a new fanbase from all of the promos that he does? There is no one that does more in that space than Titus.”
