It has been approximately 67 days since Roman Reigns’ last WWE appearance. The last time the fans saw him in action, the OTC was charging down the arena to confront Seth Rollins and Paul Heyman. Unfortunately, it ended with him lying on the ground after a brutal assault by The Visionary and his new teammate, Bron Breakker.

Since then, fans have been wondering when Reigns will return. Well, those eager to acknowledge their Tribal Chief are in luck, as Dave Meltzer has provided an update. According to Meltzer, who was asked about the same on X, Roman Reigns will be back to “build SummerSlam.”

One can only imagine that WWE has something big planned for the Undisputed WWE Champion at The Biggest Party of the Summer. As of now, though, all they can do is wait and see.
