Tiffany Stratton Suffers A Hilarious Baseball Fail [Watch]

Tiffany Stratton’s recent baseball debut did not go according to plan.

The current WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton is experiencing the run of her career on SmackDown. While fresh off a feud against Charlotte Flair and Nia Jax, she now has a different threat in Naomi, as the new Money in the Bank winner.

However, away from the squared circle, Stratton recently made her baseball debut, which unfortunately turned into a tragedy. During the New York Mets game on Thursday, June 12th, Tiffany Stratton threw out the first pitch. However, she suffered one of the most disappointing and unfortunate first pitches. Stratton delivered the pitch wearing a custom Mets WWE Championship.

The ball thrown by Stratton cleared the left-handed batter’s box, and the other one went single-hop on the backstop, remaining unreachable for the Mets’ ceremonial catcher, Jared Young.

Stratton was chosen as the first-pitcher following her recent successful title defenses. She won the title in January and has since then been the reigning champion. However, Stratton is not the only celebrity with a forgettable first pitch, and has now joined the list with 50 Cent’s unimpressive first pitch at a May 2014 game in Queens.

A Current Champion Recently Confused Mariah May With Tiffany Stratton

Following Mariah May, aka Blake Monroe’s, debut last week, current NXT Women’s Champion Jacy Jayne confused her for Tiffany Stratton for a bit. Speaking on Busted Open, Jacy Jayne revealed what underwent during Monroe’s debut.

“So at first, I thought it was Tiffany (Stratton). I was like, oh my God! Tiffany’s here. But, then I was like, okay. Well, she doesn’t have a title. Can’t be Tiffany. But I’m excited. I welcome anybody to our division. Let’s see if you can hang with our division and it’s just another shot for me to show everyone that I’m better.”
