On the April 5th edition of Dynamite, Tony Khan announced that AEW will be heading to Wembley Stadium in London.
The show will take place on August 27th and will be the first time that AEW has ever held an event in the United Kingdom. It will also be the first time that a wrestling event has taken place at the famous venue since SummerSlam in 1992.
The huge event also sees the return of the “All In” name for the first time since 2018. The banner was originally used for a huge independent show which was set up by The Elite. The show which attracted 10,000 fans was the precursor to AEW.
However, when AEW was launched the following year they were unable to use the name, instead opting for “All Out.”
Ahead of tickets going on sale, there has been a great deal of speculation over how much they will cost. However, it appears that one Reddit user has the answer or at least part of one.
The user shared a screenshot of an email from Live Nation asking about the price range. In the email, it’s noted that prices will range from £30 to £500. It remains unclear how the pricing will be tiered, and how additional fees will impact the prices listed.
#AEW’s highly anticipated UK debut will take place at the iconic @wembleystadium on Sunday, August 27!
