According to Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE has nothing definitive for TLC: Tables, Ladders and Chairs on December 20.
During the latest edition of The Wrestling Observer Radio, Meltzer noted that WWE’s final pay-per-view event of the year is currently up in the air because the company have zero plans other than the aforementioned Drew McIntyre vs. Braun Strowman WWE Championship Match:
“One of the things I heard was there was nothing definitive for TLC. You would think that they would have a whole card and then start building that card, and I was told they have no card except for Drew McIntyre and Braun Strowman. Even Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan, which is scheduled, or at least as of this afternoon was scheduled. It could be at TLC but it’s not necessarily [at TLC], it could also be at Royal Rumble. That’s up to decision that have yet to be made.”
With just under a month still left until the festive showing hits our screens, there is plenty of time for WWE to build their card with possibilities such as ‘The Fiend’ Bray Wyatt vs. Randy Orton, Keith Lee vs. Bobby Lashley for the WWE United States Championship, Lana and Asuka vs. Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler as well the input from Friday Night SmackDown.
WWE TLC will take place on December 20 from Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Florida. The new home for WWE ThunderDome.
