The WWE Legend The Undertaker Wants To See Induct Triple H Into The Hall Of Fame

The Undertaker believes that there is only one name who should officially induct Triple H into the WWE Hall of Fame over WrestleMania weekend.

Making an unannounced appearance at WWE HQ alongside Shawn Michaels, The Deadman and The Heartbreak Kid made the announcement that Triple H would receive his solo induction in April, which was met with a huge cheer from those in attendance.

With the Chief Content Officer clearly caught off guard by the news and it not being leaked ahead of time, Michaels and Undertaker were able to keep their appearance a closely guarded secret,

Recalling the day while appearing on Busted Open Radio, The Phenom elaborated on how he kept the appearance a closely guarded secret:

“It was such an inside job. It just reaffirms that if you want to, you can still kayfabe. You can still keep things on the low-key and surprise people,”

“To be able to pull the wool over Triple H—who has his hands in everything—on so many levels, I was proud and honored because it was him. I have so much history with him. But to be able to pull that off… You have Shawn coming from Atlanta, I’m coming from Austin. To get from those places without people knowing anything, to get to the office while they’re on stage doing whatever town hall there was, and to get all the way into Gorilla position and look at Stephanie, who was there to have lunch afterwards.”

“She was looking at me like, ‘Why are y’all here?’ She’s thinking in her head that I’m there to promote LFG, so it was such a great hit. He’s the decision-maker. He can’t put himself in there—people are gonna shit all over that. So it had to be done. It was so stealthy, it was so well done. Nick Khan called me and Shawn and said, ‘What do we think?’. We put a plan together, it was implemented to perfection, and we caught him off guard.”

When Undertaker was asked who should induct The Game into the Hall of Fame, there was only one name that came to mind:

“Shawn [Michaels]. It’s gotta be Shawn. It’s a no-brainer,”

The Undertaker Comments On John Cena Retirement Tour

While Triple H will go into the Hall of Fame in 2025, it is only a matter of time until John Cena will also receive the same honour given his lengthy list of accolades in WWE. Having competed at the Royal Rumble, the year-long Cena retirement tour is officially underway and will culminate at the end of the year. Speaking on his podcast, The Undertaker shared his hopes for John Cena’s retirement tour.

In a new interview, The Undertaker admitted he had doubts over a major WWE moment.
