A former WWE Champion would love to face off against Jacob Fatu if given the opportunity.
With a frightening mix of power and speed, Fatu has quickly made his presence felt on the main roster following his shock arrival on SmackDown. With many believing that it is only a matter of time before The Samoan Werewolf becomes a World Champion, fans have started to book numerous dream matches for Fatu to be a part of in the next few years.
While appearing at For The Love of Wrestling, Hall of Famer JBL was asked about the stars of the future and who he sees headlining WrestleMania in the near future. Along with the Royal Rumble winner, JBL gave a shout out to Fatu, adding that he would love to work with the SmackDown star:
“It’s hard to say because you’ve got so many guys on top right now. I think the biggest star besides Jey Uso, who may become champion is WrestleMania, hopefully he does. I’ve loved him and his brother since they came in. Jacob Fatu to me, that kid, I’m almost 60 so everybody’s a kid to me. But [Fatu] is unbelievable. He’s unreal, how good he is. I’d love to work with Jacob Fatu.”
Jacob Fatu Set To Make WrestleMania Debut
Having impressed many fans in his short time in the company, Fatu is expected to be in a featured match at WrestleMania 41 in April, which will also be his first time competing at the biggest show of the year. According to a recent report, Jacob Fatu’s opponent for WrestleMania is one that he is very familiar with.
