A WWE Hall of Famer believes that Roman Reigns has earned his place within the company.
In a move that seemed unfathomable a few years ago, Reigns now receives one of the loudest babyface reactions when his music hits. Returning to a thunderous ovation at SummerSlam after his 1,316-day reign as Universal Champion came to an end at WrestleMania, The Tribal Chief has cemented himself as one of the all-time greats in the modern era and is guaranteed to be a headline inductee into a future Hall of Fame class.
Recognising the rise of Reigns and how the company finally made the right call with the 2020 heel turn, Kurt Angle stated at a K & S WrestleFest signing that The Head of the Table’s spot in WWE is very much justified:
“I’m not going to lie to you, the kid’s been on fire. I will say this: he earned every bit that he’s gotten. I do believe the company pushed him a little too early and the fans didn’t want to accept that, but he’s followed through. And he’s proven that he is one of the best in the world right now.”

Following Reigns making his WWE return at SummerSlam, The Original Tribal Chief has targeted Solo Sikoa and the new Bloodline following the events that have taken place in his absence. Looking to reestablish himself as the true leader, Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes will team up at Bad Blood to face off against Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu.
