The Undertaker Reveals Which WWE Superstar He Wants To Headline WrestleMania

The Undertaker

The Undertaker has discussed former WWE Champion Big E and says he thinks the best is yet to come for The New Day star.

Big E had a banner year in 2021 as he won the men’s Money In The Bank ladder match before cashing in to become WWE Champion in September. Big E held that title until the Day 1 event on New Year’s Day 2022 when Brock Lesnar – who wasn’t originally scheduled to be in the WWE Title match – left with the gold.

Since then Big E has rejoined his New stablemates Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods but his WrestleMania plans for this year were put on ice after he suffered a horrifying broken neck during a tag team bout on SmackDown.

Speaking to Sports Illustrated newly inducted 2022 WWE Hall Of Famer The Undertaker lamented Big E’s injury but says when the star returns he’d love to see him do what he has done throughout his career and headline WrestleMania:

“It’s really unfortunate what happened to Big E. You never want anyone to get injured. He built so much momentum. That isn’t easy to do. I was so happy to see Big E as champion. He worked his way up, all his hard work paid off.”

“When he’s back, I would like to see him headline a WrestleMania. I don’t think, by any means, we’ve seen his best yet.”

The Undertaker capped off a riveting speech at the WWE Hall Of Fame by teasing the crowd that perhaps he isn’t done in the ring after all.
