The Undertaker has predicted that “no bullsh*t kind of guy Triple H will be a huge success in his new role as WWE Head of Creative.
Throughout his time at the helm of WWE, there was arguably no wrestler who was ever closer to Vince McMahon than The Undertaker. The Deadman was the known locker room leader for decades, and was often said to be the blueprint for what McMahon expected from a WWE Superstar both in and outside of the ring.
However, with McMahon now out of the picture as far as creative is concerned, with his role being filled by Triple H, changes have already been made, and many more are expected in the coming months.
Speaking to ESPN, The Undertaker explained that he was intrigued to see what WWE looks like under the guidance of his former in-ring rival, commenting that he expects to see a more aggressive, and less rigid product.
“They’re loosening the reins a little bit as far as what guys can say and do, I think the product will probably be a little more aggressive. I think that’s going to come through in the creative.
They’ve kind of been in this entertainment mode, so they’re going to have to get some grit and meanness.”
‘Taker went on to describe Triple H as a “no bullsh*t kind of guy” before adding that he thinks the company will now take a step in the right direction with the star calling the creative shots.
“I mean, he’s brilliant, he really is, I don’t think he gets enough credit for his wrestling acumen. I think he’ll be a huge asset to the development of a lot of guys.
“And he’s a no bullsh*t kind of guy too. He’s going to let you know what you’re doing that’s right and what you’re doing that’s wrong. I think it’s going to be a step in the right direction with Hunter.” [Triple H]
Interestingly, in the same article Triple H appeared to confirm that producer Kevin Dunn will be remaining with the company. This is despite claims that he would be leaving along with McMahon.
