The Undertaker Sends Message After Polarizing WWE NXT Angle With Trick Williams

WWE NXT The Undertaker Trick Williams

The Undertaker hit a Chokeslam on TNA World Champion and NXT’s own Trick Williams on this week’s NXT episode.

This segment divided fans, as many felt it was a major blow to Williams, who had been building good momentum for a while. Had he gained the upper hand in the segment, it would have been more acceptable to the masses, it seems, as he is viewed as a bona fide future main event talent in the industry.

The Undertaker Puts Over Trick Williams, But There Is One Condition

The American Badass has a new role in WWE, being one of the regular coaches in the WWE LFG reality competition series. He evidently takes his job seriously, as the Hall of Famer did not take things too kindly when Williams disrespected the LFG trainees backstage. This is what led to Taker’s attack on the TNA World Champion.

On X, The Undertaker issued yet another warning to the young stalwart. He made it clear that any time Williams gets involved with his LFG team again, the champion will get more than he bargained for. ‘Taker, however, even reserved some special praise for Trick:

Last night wasn’t your night @_trickwilliams, but the future is there for your taking. It was a pleasure sharing the ring with you, now go get yours young man…just leave my LFG team alone!” The Undertaker wrote, reminding Williams what happened this past Tuesday with a clip.

Aside from coaching the LFG team, The American Badass also hosts the Six Feet Under with Mark Callaway podcast, now with his wife, Michelle McCool, tied up with WWE. He also travels and does a one-man show called 1 deadMAN SHOW, where he talks about his road stories during his days as a professional wrestler.

Taker retired from in-ring competition in 2020 and was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2022. He has since raised the curtain on his iconic character. He has left the Deadman character behind.
