The Undertaker has acknowledged Michael Page’s homage to his iconic entrance at UFC 299.
Page, making his highly anticipated UFC debut, honoured The Deadman by replicating his renowned WWE entrance, donning a black hooded robe and featuring The Undertaker’s unmistakable theme music while enveloped in smoke and purple lighting.
In response to this tribute, The Undertaker took to social media to extend his congratulations, writing:
Nice entrance & congrats on the W, @MichaelPage247. @UFC.
This acknowledgement from Undertaker follows Page’s impressive victory against Kevin Holland, secured through a judges’ decision.
What Does The Undertaker Think Could Have Helped Him Have A Longer Career In WWE?
The Undertaker stated that if he had access to a tour bus earlier in his career he might still be wrestling today. Undertaker said that even though he lasted for quite a while at a high level in WWE he would have probably lasted even longer if when he started out in the early ’90s he had access to a tour bus he would have had better matches due to the fact he would be able to get more sleep.
Undertaker went on to say that in his last seven to eight years wrestling the only real issue he had was his health and that mentally he still felt all there and if he had taken better care of his body during the early days of his career he could have had higher quality matches later in his career.
