After a blockbuster Royal Rumble on January 28th, The Undertaker took to social media to praise one star in particular.

The women’s Royal Rumble match was full of surprises and notable moments, from Asuka debuting new face paint to Chelsea Green returning to WWE only to be eliminated in the match in mere seconds.

Early in the event, The Undertaker‘s wife Michelle McCool was shown in the audience along with her two children, seemingly there to take in the action. However, when number 25 hit and it was time for another star to make her entrance, McCool’s familiar theme music played throughout the arena.

Once again, the camera turned to the audience, and McCool revealed that she was wearing her wrestling gear. She made her way over the barricade and entered the match, serving as the only WWE Hall of Famer to return during the bout.

McCool put in a great performance in the match, even scoring an elimination for herself when she threw Tamina over the top rope. In the end, the WWE Hall of Famer was eliminated by Rhea Ripley, who went on to win the match and secure her spot in a title match at WrestleMania in Los Angeles.

Taking to Twitter, The Undertaker praised his wife for her performance in the match, and also had kind words for musical guest Hardy who performed between the women’s Royal Rumble match and the main event.

“Kudos to all involved in last night’s #RoyalRumble , it was a next-level show! So proud of @McCoolMichelleL, always great to see her get back in the ring! And it was a pleasure meeting @HardyMusic, he killed it with his performance of #SoldOut!”

The Undertaker Shared A Moment With Bray Wyatt During Raw’s 30th Anniversary

Ahead of the Royal Rumble, the January 23rd episode of Monday Night Raw served as a celebration of the brand’s 30th anniversary as it debuted in January of 1993.

One of the highlights of the show saw The Undertaker return to WWE television for the first time since he was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame during WrestleMania weekend in 2022. As LA Knight was speaking in the ring, the sounds of Undertaker’s American Badass theme rang throughout the arena, and the legend made his entrance on a motorcycle for the first time in nearly 20 years.

LA Knight went to leave the arena after being confronted by the American Badass, bringing out Bray Wyatt, who delivered a Sister Abigail to his Royal Rumble opponent. Wyatt and Undertaker faced off in the ring for the first time since their 2015 WrestleMania bout, and ‘Taker whispered something to Wyatt before making his exit.

Taking to social media afterwards, Bray Wyatt thanked The Undertaker for sharing such a special moment, and the WWE Hall of Famer responded that respect is earned, indicating that Wyatt had indeed earned his respect.
