The Undertaker appeared on Raw to a monster ovation in his first WWE appearance since being inducted into the Hall of Fame.
‘Taker was responding to a challenge laid down by LA Knight who had run down the legends backstage. After the bell tolled and the arena was dropped into darkness the music switched and Kid Rock’s American Badass signaled the arrival of Big Evil.
The Undertaker In Show Of Respect To Bray Wyatt
Once ‘Taker was in the ring following his traditional circling of the ring on his motorbike, Knight made his way outside. The WWE legend didn’t speak but Knight said that he was going to send The Undertaker to the undertaker.
The segment was quickly interrupted by Bray Wyatt who walked up right behind Knight scaring him towards the ring. Knight wandered straight into the arms of The Undertaker who appeared ready to hit a Chokeslam. Instead, he shared a knowing look with Wyatt before throwing Knight to him to land a Sister Abigail.
With Knight laid out, ‘Taker turned to leave and whispered something in Wyatt’s ear on the way out of the ring.
The Undertaker gave his usual salute at the top of the ramp with Wyatt looking somewhat confused back in the ring.
Bray Wyatt and The Deadman famously clashed at WrestleMania 31 the year after Brock Lesnar had ended ‘The Streak.’
Since coming back to WWE in October 2022 at Extreme Rules, Bray Wyatt has been locked in a feud with LA Knight. The pair are set to meet at the Royal Rumble in the first-ever Pitch Black Match to settle their differences. The match will be Wyatt’s first on WWE television or at a Premium Live Event since he lost to Randy Orton at WrestleMania 37 in April 2021.
