The Undertaker has not held back on his thoughts about Kevin Owens rattling the Texas Rattlesnake’s cage as he prepares to face up to Stone Cold Steve Austin at WrestleMania.
For weeks in the lead up to WrestleMania 38 at the AT&T Stadium in Dallas, Texas, Kevin Owens has run down the Lone Star State and anyone that comes from it before eventually laying down a challenge to Texas’ own Stone Cold Steve Austin.
In a stunning video package, Austin rolled back the years as he promised to open one last can of whoop-ass on the former Universal Champion.
Another son of Texas, The Undertaker gave his thoughts to a home-state crowd as he addressed them at NASCAR’s EchoPark Automotive Texas Grand Prix, saying that KO is going to get stung:
“Well in the immortal words of Stone Cold Steve Austin, Kevin Owens has got to be one stupid son of a b*tch. I don’t care where you’re from, you don’t mess with Texas. Rattlesnake ain’t been in the ring in 19 years, you don’t think he’s gonna be bringing lumber with him. I don’t know what KO is thinking.
“I know you wanna be on the biggest card of the year, in the showcase of the immortals, but you don’t go kicking beehives, you don’t stick your hand in a beehive, and that’s exactly what he’s done. You’re gonna get stung. I know he’s not gonna get stung, he’s gonna get stunned. I pity him. I mean, he brought this on himself. You don’t mess with Texas and you don’t mess with the Texas Rattlesnake. KO it’s gonna be a long night when you come face to face with Stone Cold Steve Austin.”
WrestleMania promises to be a huge weekend for The Undertaker as well as he caps off his career in Texas with a richly deserved induction into the WWE Hall Of Fame.
