Professional wrestling is littered with second and even third generation wrestlers. Although some have found more success than others, modern stars such as Bray Wyatt, Roman Reigns and Charlotte Flair have all come from wrestling families. Could The Undertaker’s daughter be next?
The Undertaker enjoyed one of the most remarkable careers in the history of professional wrestling. After a relatively low-key start in the business, the star went to a whole new level upon joining WWE in 1990. For the next three decades, The Deadman built a legacy that may never be matched, featuring World Title wins, and moments that will live forever in the minds of fans.
The Undertaker Says He Would Support His Daughter In Her Career In Wrestling
Speaking during one of his Undertaker 1 Deadman, one man shows, the WWE Hall of Famer was asked about the prospect of his children following him into the wrestling business.
“Yeah, so, I have that concern. So, my 9-year-old daughter, she’s the one. So, if it’s gonna happen, it’ll most likely be her. She knows the current roster far better than I do. There’s times when we watch and so I’m like ‘Who’s that?’ So, she will run down their whole character, their storyline, who they beat, and who they’ve lost to. She’s really amazing. So, I’ve got to keep my eye on her. But if that’s her choice, I’m going to support her… I will support her as long as there is no Paul Orndorff.”
The Undertaker called time on his legendary career at WrestleMania 36, where he defeated AJ Styles in a Boneyard Match. The star was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame at WrestleMania 38. Although he’s now retired, The Deadman continues to be around WWE on a regular basis, most recently popping upbackstage at Survivor Series in Boston.
