The Undertaker Clarifies Wrestling Future After “Never Say Never” Line

The Undertaker

The Undertaker truly believes that anything is possible in pro wrestling, including him making a return to the ring.

The Undertaker made his long-awaited entrance into the WWE Hall of Fame ahead of WrestleMania 38 in Dallas. At the end of his speech, The Phenom put on one of his iconic jackets and hat and gave the audience one last message, “never say never.” Many fans started speculating on whether Taker was teasing a potential return to the ring.

In a recent interview with Bleacher Report, the Hall of Famer clarified what he meant at the end of his speech. Although he admitted to not having any aspirations of ever returning to wrestle, The Undertaker knows that anything is possible in pro wrestling.

“Just the fact you asked that question, mission accomplished, you never say never. I don’t have aspirations of ever stepping into the ring again, but this is the WWE, man. You never say never. You just never say never.”

The Undertaker’s last match in WWE was against AJ Styles at WrestleMania 36. The two competed in the unique Bone Yard match which saw The Phenom bury Styles under piles of dirt. The Deadman would later celebrate his 30th anniversary at that year’s Survivor Series.

Undertaker will be the subject of the first episode of A&E’s “Biography: WWE Legends,” premiering on July 10th. The show will take an in-depth look at the lives and careers of some of the greatest superstars to step foot in a WWE ring. The two-hour debut will be followed by a one-hour episode of the new show, WWE Rivals, which will focus on the feud between Shawn Michaels and Bret ‘The Hitman’ Hart.
