The Undertaker has served up perhaps the highest praise any giant can receive in the world of wrestling as he compared Omos to the legendary Andre The Giant.
The French behemoth was such a figure in the world of wrestling that upon his death in 1993, Vince McMahon created the WWE Hall Of Fame to honour Andre’s legacy with the giant being the first and only inductee in the inaugural class.
While The Undertaker may not have quite literally filled Andre The Giant’s boots, he has figuratively over the past 30 years as the conscience of WWE. While the multiple-time world champion is seen by some as the heir apparent to Andre, The Undertaker has picked a current WWE Superstar as the closest thing to the legendary star.
Speaking on WWE The Bump, The Deadman discussed his thoughts on a man that cleaned house in the Battle Royal at Survivor Series, Omos:
“I’ll say this, there will never be another Andre The Giant but [Omos] is as close as we’ve come. That’s a big statement but he’s special. Omos is special and the big thing for him to know and to realise is that he is special and that he’s different from everybody else.”
“The average size of the wrestler, in general, is smaller than it was you know, so here’s this guy who is incredibly athletic and he’s incredibly huge – he’s just a big, big, strong man. It’s important for him that he protects that. He and I have had a couple of conversations about what he should do and what he shouldn’t do – if things get too heated, call me.”

Omos won the Raw Tag Team Championships with AJ Styles as WrestleMania 37 from The New Day with the duo going on to lose the belts to RK-Bro at SummerSlam.
WWE Hall Of Famer certainly seemed impressed by what he saw from Omos at Survivor Series as he took to social media to label the star as “money.”
