In a rare opportunity, fans will be able to take part in a Q&A session with The Undertaker as he tells stories from his storied career during SummerSlam weekend.
SummerSlam weekend was already hot enough as it is, between the premium live event itself and Starrcast V, featuring the final match of Ric Flair but now, WWE has added a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be the cherry on top.
The Undertaker, heralded for his commitment to the bit and the rare times he’s spoken out-of-character, will do just that on Friday, 29 July. ‘Taker has been announced for his one-man show – brilliantly titled the 1 deadMAN SHOW – that is scheduled to take place from Nashville’s Wildhorse Saloon.
A press release issued today announced that tickets will go on sale on Tuesday, 28 June from Ticketmaster.com. These will also include a limited number of VIP tickets that feature “premier seating and a meet-and-greet with The Undertaker.”
Since stepping away from a full-time career after retiring, officially, in November 2020, the persona of The Undertaker has changed for the better in the sense that he’s now more open to discussing his career while speaking as Mark Calaway, rather than as ‘The Deadman’. This has led to his appearances on ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin’s hit podcast, Broken Skull Sessions.
WrestleVotes previously reported that The Undertaker had agreed to host a WWE Network video podcast similar to Broken Skull Sessions. Reported on 11 April, this is rumoured to “begin airing within the next few months”.
