Speaking with Inside The Ropes own Liam Alexander-Stewart, at BT Sport and WWE’s Enter The Universe event in London, The Street Profits have revealed their dream WrestleMania match whilst outlying their intentions to unify the WWE Raw and SmackDown Tag Team Titles.
BT Sport proudly presented their Enter The Universe event, on Friday 11 February 2022, giving fans the opportunity to experience what it is like to make your entrance as a real WWE Superstar.
The event was complete with simulated pyro, blasting lights and the NXT UK commentary team announcing fans as they made their way down the iconic Wembley Way in London.
During the event Inside The Ropes own Liam Alexander-Stewart had the chance to speak with WWE Triple Crown Tag Team Champions The Street Profits about all things Super Bowl LVI, WrestleMania and their strangest fan experiences.
Whilst discussing their plans for WrestleMania 38, The Street Profits would reveal that their dream WrestleMania match involves both the Raw and SmackDown Tag Team titles, ladders and a plethora of WWE Hall of Famers.
Speaking with Liam Alexander-Stewart, Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins would comment:
MF: “Past, present, future…tag teams….WrestleMania…The Grandest Stage of Them All…[singing] grandest stage of them all, with the hoop we gone ball…
AD: Could it be anyone from our Mount Rushmore… could it be Harlem Heat?
MF: Could it be The Hardy Boyz?
AD: Could it be The Dudleys or do we go traditional … I mean, we wrestled The New Day, wrestled The Usos, wrestled RK-Bro, Alpha Academy…
MF: How about we just add all of them? Let’s have one giant ladder match for all the marbles.
Shoot, you could add the Raw Tag Team Champions and the SmackDown Tag Team Champions, put both them titles high in the sky and go for all the marbles. On the grandest stage, we calling it now unify them, to say we’re the best of the best.
Do it, do it, do it, [shouts] DO IT!”
WrestleMania 38 is set to take place on April 2nd and April 3rd this year, continuing WWE’s recent trend of a two-day event, there are currently only two confirmed matches with Roman Reigns set to take on Brock Lesnar and UFC Hall of Famer Ronda Rousey set to clash with, The Queen, Charlotte Flair.
The Street Profits are a regular part of RAW’s impressive Tag Team division, most recently taking on the current Raw Tag Team Champions Alpha Academy in a losing effort during the February 7th edition of Monday Night Raw.
During the same interview, The Street Profits would discuss who from NXT they would love to see join them on Monday Night RAW as well as revealing their strangest fan interactions.
