The Rock To Return To WWE TV In Upcoming Documentary
Making a lengthy return to WWE TV in the first 4 months of the year, Rock was heavily involved in the storyline involving Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes and did everything in his power to try and stop Cody Rhodes from finishing the story. While Rock’s return to the ring was in a tag team match on night 1, the original plan was for The Great One to face Reigns in the match that had been rumoured for multiple years. However, following fan backlash, the company pivoted and booked Rhodes to face Reigns in the main event of night 2.
Rock will be one of many stars to feature in the upcoming WrestleMania XL: Behind The Curtain documentary, which has been given an official release date.
