Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson To Elmo – “Tell Cookie Monster To Move It Over”

The Rock vs. Elmo

WWE icon and future Hall of Famer Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson has responded to Sesame Street’s own Elmo adding that the beloved childhood character should “tell Cookie Monster to move it over, cuz I’m coming to Sesame Street to kick ass and eat cookies.”

Speaking on social media Elmo, the beloved protagonist of iconic children’s tv show ‘sesame street’, asked his followers if anyone had ever seen The Rock eat a cookie. Naturally, the tweet went viral with nearly 500k likes and nearly 100,000 retweets prompting ‘The Great One’ to respond in a manner only he can.

Yes, my friend. This Rock devours cookies. All kinds of cookies, I’ll introduce you to #CheatMeals and it’ll change your life. Tell Cookie Monster to move it over, cuz I’m coming to Sesame Street to kick ass and eat cookies. And I’m almost all outta cookies. ~ Rock “

The former WWE Champion has always been a vocal supporter of healthy dieting and normalising cheat meals to reward hard work and healthy eating.

Previously, Dwayne Johnson has seen his cheat meals go viral across social media with multiple influencers attempting to replicate his cheat, something The Brahma Bull himself would not recommend.

A typical cheat day for the future WWE Hall of Famer can include four large pizza’s, pancakes, doughnuts, burgers, chips and of course cookies.

Speaking to Jimmy Fallon, Johnson has discussed his ‘legendary’ cheat days adding that they have become a part of his weekly routine and once his wife and children have gone to sleep he eats like “a troll” allowing himself the treats he otherwise cannot have throughout the week.

Many scientists support this approach to cheat meals and cheat days, adding that regular controlled breaks from diets can help support sustainable healthy eating and in turn support weight loss.
