The Rock Puts Cody Rhodes & WWE Fans “On Notice”

The Rock Issues Warning To Cody Rhodes & WWE Fans

The Rock has warned Cody Rhodes and his fans.

Looking to make WrestleMania 40 the biggest event possible in wrestling, Rock and Roman Reigns took centre stage at the press conference in Las Vegas on February 8th. Just as it looked to be confirmed that the dream match was official, Cody Rhodes interrupted proceedings and announced that it was his right to face Reigns as the Royal Rumble winner.

At first finding the interruption comical, all smiles dropped when families were brought into the equation, causing Rock to get physical and slap Rhodes, leading to all parties being separated.

Posting footage of himself, Reigns and Paul Heyman exiting the T-Mobile Arena on social media, the Hollywood star stated that the worst is yet to come for Rhodes and anyone who supports him:

Hear the rumble. Hear the rumble. Run for dem life, when we step into the jungle. You f*cked around and found out quick, didn’t you boy? You, your little friends and all your crybabies have no idea what’s coming. The world’s on notice.

The Rock has called out fans of The American Nightmare on multiple occasions, referring to a certain section as “Cody Crybabies.”

The Rock’s Popular Persona Set For Return

Attempting to deny Rhodes’ WrestleMania moment and slapping the biggest babyface on the roster, The Great One has turned heel for the first time in over 20 years. Back in 2003, Rock would return to WWE after filming The Scorpion King and debuted the latest incarnation of his character. Known as Hollywood Rock, the obnoxious movie star iteration was very much a favourite among fans of the Ruthless Aggression era and is regarded as some of the best work done by The People’s Champion. According to a new report, The Rock’s popular persona could soon see a resurgence.

In regards to Cody Rhodes, Triple H originally had different plans for The American Nightmare.
