The Rock was asked if he acknowledges Roman Reigns as Tribal Chief!
Undoubtedly one of the biggest names to ever grace the professional wrestling business, The Rock is no stranger to reigning atop the WWE as well as making himself into a household name as a Hollywood megastar.
In a recent interview with Chris Van Vliet, The Rock was asked if he acknowledged his fellow Anoa’i family member Roman Reigns as the Tribal Chief, and his response was simple:
“I do. It’s my family.”
Continuing, the Black Adam star heaped praise on both Reigns and his cousins The Usos for their work in dominating WWE like no one else in recent history, even when the company has faced times of uncertainty with the retirement of Vince McMahon and a complete change in leadership.
“I think those guys are, I think they’re doing a great job. And I think what an interesting shift that the company has gone through this year, unexpected in many ways. But when unexpectations happen in that kind of way and form and fashion, especially in that business, you got to have the ability and the agility to pivot, which they have. So with Roman, I think he’s doing a pretty good job, and the boys too, those those two as well.”
While many have been wondering whether or not Dwayne Johnson aspires to add a career in politics to his already-impressive resume, he recently stated that a campaign to become the United States President is firmly off the table.
