Cody Rhodes’ Nightmare Family has gained four new members, with Baron Black, KiLynn King, Red Velvet and Fuego Del Sol all now officially a part of the stable.
The sprawling unit currently includes Rhodes’ brother Dustin, his wife Brandi, Arn Anderson, The Gunn Club and Lee Johnson within its membership.
Having recently lost defectors QT Marshall, Aaron Solo and Nick Comoroto to The Factory, Rhodes was clearly keen to add further personnel to his team.

Of the four, Red Velvet is perhaps the most high profile, having teamed with Cody to face Jade Cargill and Shaq in a memorable Dynamite match earlier this year before being officially announced as an AEW signee.
King, Black and Fuego have each been staples of AEW Dark through the pandemic, with King having developed a balanced win/loss record throughout her time with the company.
Black is yet to register a win but follows in the footsteps of fellow Nightmare Family member Lee Johnson, whom himself earned a spot on the team prior to securing his first victory.
Fan favourite Fuego del Sol has mostly been on the losing side of things as well but did manage to secure victory in a tag team match on a recent episode of AEW Dark.
Though the contractual status of the three remains unclear, it’s worth noting that alignment with Rhodes’ team has offered a pathway to employment for all those that have come before them.
