New Mr. Money in the Bank, The Miz, has wasted no time in signaling his intention by teasing a potential cash-in on new WWE Champion Randy Orton.

After defeating Otis to capture the briefcase thanks to a devastating heel turn by Tucker, ‘The A-Lister’ spoke in a WWE.Com exclusive following Hell in a Cell to put both Randy Orton and WWE Universal Champion, Roman Reigns, on notice.

“This contract now is in the hands of a person that will utilize everything this allows. This allows me anytime, anywhere, to go after the WWE Champion or go after the Universal Champion. SmackDown, Raw, it doesn’t matter. Pay-per-view, anywhere, anytime.”

Following his victory speech, The Miz reminded everyone that not only was he destined to win the briefcase at WWE Hell in a Cell but a cash-in may occur on Monday Night Raw with history repeating itself all over again.

The event he was referring to was his previous Money in the Bank cash-in against Randy Orton on November 22, 2010. Not only was ‘The Viper’ WWE Champion then as well, but the shocking upset occurred at the Amway Centre which has been WWE’s home for the past few months.

Always going that one step further to bait his rivals, The Miz then took to social media where he not only posted a picture of Randy Orton winning the WWE Championship from Drew McIntyre at WWE Hell in a Cell, but also images of him defeating the new champion a decade ago.
