The Miz Makes Bold Prediction About Future WWE WrestleMania

The Miz believes that a WrestleMania in his hometown is very much possible.

Growing up in Cleveland, Ohio, the Tag Team Champion will be hoping for a spot on the SummerSlam card this year at will emanate live from The Cleveland Browns Stadium in August. Although it is set to be a suitable temperature for the outdoor event come August, Miz is hopeful that a modification could put the city in the running for a future WrestleMania.

WrestleMania 40 took place in Philadelphia and the cold weather was brought up by commentary on a number of occasions and saw the announcers do everything they could to combat the cold. Due to the lower temperature, it has been speculated that this was the reason why WrestleMania 41 has been moved to Las Vegas as opposed to the long-rumoured city of Minneapolis, Minnesota. According to The A Lister, a modification could increase Cleveland’s chances exponentially.

Appearing on 96.5 Kiss FM, the Raw star stated that if a dome could be added onto the stadium then they would have a strong chance of Mania coming to the city:

“I would love it, especially if we get a dome. We get a dome, I guarantee we’re going to have WrestleMania in Cleveland. You got to have a dome. You have to get a dome. I know people are like, ‘We’re a cold weather city.’ I’m not a cold weather guy. I’m not. I want a dome.”

The Miz Previously Dealt With An Unexpected Inconvenience

Although the former World Champion will always remember WrestleMania 40 as the night that he and R-Truth became the new Tag Team Champions, one episode of Raw will always be remembered for the wrong reasons. Prior to WrestleMania, The Miz was trapped inside a room at a WWE Raw taping.

H/t to Fightful.
