According to Wrestling Inc, The Hurt Business will attempt to recruit Naomi on Monday Night Raw, now the former SmackDown Women’s Champion belongs to the red brand.
During the first night of the 2020 WWE Draft, Naomi was one of the few to switch brands when she was drafted to Monday Night Raw.
Out of all of the draft picks to occur on Friday Night SmackDown, it was Naomi’s transfer to the red brand that caught the attention of The Hurt Business and their leader, MVP.
Upon hearing of the brand switch, MVP noted his interest in the female star by taking to social media with thoughtful face emojis. The tweet can be seen below.

Recruiting Naomi would be a coup for The Hurt Business who at present are completely male dominated. It would also open doors for the faction especially in their current enmity with RETRIBUTION as Naomi could lock horns with Mia Yim’s Reckoning.
Naomi’s last notable contributions to WWE were at WrestleMania 36 when she competed in the Fatal 5-Way Match for the SmackDown Women’s Championship where she was eliminated by Sasha Banks, competing in the Tri-Brand Battle Royal to determine the number one contender to the SmackDown Women’s Championship on the August 14 edition of the blue brand and a participant in the Beat the Clock Challenge on the August 21 Friday Night SmackDown, defeating Bayley.
Naomi has been absent from WWE television recently due to undergoing surgery to remove a fibroid. In September she wrote the following on her Instagram:
“In the midst of hurricane sally and Covid I also underwent an unexpected 6 hr surgery to finally remove a massive fibroid that’s caused me severe anemia fatigue horrible abdominal pains and more problems I don’t even want to mention over the past year and a half…I’m recovering well I’m relieved and already feeling so much better so family friends and fans don’t worry I’m ok lol miss ya #myomectomyrecovery.”
Inside the Ropes wishes Naomi a speedy recovery.
