Tegan Nox has provided the latest update on her recovery from injury. Appearing on WWE’s The Bump, the NXT Superstar discussed how she is feeling after suffering a torn ACL in September 2020.
The Welsh Superstar said:
“I feel good. I feel strong, which is nice. A nice little change from being on crutches a few weeks ago. I feel really good. Recovery is going very well. I’m way ahead of where I should be, which is good. It’s helped that I’ve gone through this three times now.”
Tegan Nox is unfortunately no stranger to this type of injury. Reportedly, Nox was scheduled to take part in the Mae Young Classic in 2017 before she suffered a torn ACL that would see her out of action for a year. In the 2018 Mae Young Classic, Nox would suffer an even more serious injury during her quarter-final bout with Rhea Ripley. Nox took to social media at the time to explain she had suffered a catalogue of injuries including a torn ACL, MCL, meniscus, lateral collateral ligament, and a dislocated kneecap. All this would see her out of action for another 11 months until June 2019.
This latest injury occurred in September 2020. Whenever Nox does return to competition she could have a ready-made feud waiting for her. Candice LeRae had been feuding with Nox and, in storyline, was responsible for her latest injury.
