Former Knockouts Champion and Knockouts Tag Team Champion Taylor Wilde is set to return to IMPACT after a decade away from the promotion.
Mike Johnson of PWInsider is reporting that Taylor Wilde will be back in IMPACT in the near future, however an exact date has not been revealed as everything is currently up in the air.
Earlier this year Taylor revealed to Fightful that she was scheduled for an IMPACT Wrestling appearance in March, but was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The timing is appropriate for her return as IMPACT are bringing back the Knockouts Tag Team Titles with a tournament in progress to crown the new champions at IMPACT Wrestling: Hard To Kill. The tournament is already in progress on television.
Wilde was signed to WWE under a developmental contract from 2006-2007 before joining TNA in 2008. She won the Knockouts Championship from Awesome Kong shortly after her debut before becoming a two time tag team champion with one reign with partners Sarita and Hamada respectively.
Wilde remained with the promotion until December 2010, retiring from wrestling altogether in 2011 to get a degree in psychology and work as a full-time firefighter.
