AEW stars Tay Conti and Sammy Guevara left little to the imagination when they posted a bedroom photo of themselves with the TNT Title!
The relationship between Sammy Guevara and Tay Conti has been a constant fixture of wrestling discussion over the past few months, with the AEW stars confirming they were seeing each other romantically in a post made on New Year’s Day.
Sammy Guevara lost his TNT Championship to Scorpio Sky on the March 9th episode of AEW Dynamite. After Guevara took a hellacious bump through a table, Conti ran to ringside to check on her boyfriend, who insisted that he was able to continue. As Guevara turned in a display of tremendous guts and bravery in the ring, a second story was developing outside of it. Conti who continued to cheer on her man, repeatedly clashed with Paige VanZant who was sat in the front row.
As the drama continued to build, VanZant jumped the guard rail and attacked Tay Conti throwing her into the steel steps. This distracted Guevara just long enough for Scorpio Sky to hit the TKO and score the win. After the bell with both Conti and Guevara laying in the middle of the ring, former UFC star VanZant signed her AEW contract on top of the pair.
On the March 24th episode of AEW Dynamite, Sammy Guevara got on the microphone to say that with or without the TNT Championship, he was going to put on a show like none other. Tay Conti added that they wanted payback and called out Paige VanZant, which brought out American Top Team to address the couple and say that no one on his team had any intention of making a match with Guevara or Conti.
“We won’t stay at the top of the combat sports mountain looking backwards at the bodies we’ve buried, so unless you guys have any interest in giving them what they’re asking for… [Ethan Page and Scorpio Sky laugh] Well I guess that answers that question. You guys can kiss that match goodbye.”
With that, Dan Lambert kissed the TNT Championship, much to the amusement of Guevara and Conti. Guevara got back on the mic and alluded to the fact that he and his girlfriend had sex while wearing the belt that Lambert had just kissed.
“Dan, hey Dan. I know we’ve been living rent free in your head since you got here, but if you only knew what Tay and I did while wearing that belt, then you’d know we now live in your mouth too.”
Lambert was outraged and the couple kissed in the ring as he threw a fit to end the segment.
Backing up what her boyfriend said on Dynamite, Tay Conti took to Twitter to post a photo of the two of them in the nude while she wore the TNT Championship.
