WWE Hall of Famer Tammy Sytch remains behind bars and now the reason she cannot currently face a lawsuit for her role in allegedly killing a man has come to light.
Sunny is no stranger to landing herself in legal trouble, having been arrested multiple times since the start of 2022. Back in January, the WWE Hall of Famer was arrested for terroristic threats and weapons charges, and she was taken into custody again in February for multiple charges. Both times, it was reported that she appeared to be under the influence.
On March 25th, she was involved in a car accident in which 75-year-old Julian L. Lasseter tragically passed away. Police reports from the accident state that officers on the scene suspect she was under the influence of alcohol at the time. According to police documents, the accident occurred at about 8:28 pm on March 25th on US Highway 1 in Volusia County, Florida.
PWInsider previously reported that the family of Mr. Lasseter was looking to sue Tammy Sytch and her boyfriend and owner of the car involved James F. Pente for negligence. They have now reported that such a lawsuit is unable to be served at the moment as the process server informed the court that they intended to serve the legal papers to Sytch as her New Jersey home but she is currently in jail in Florida after having her bail revoked.
Court records show that once the system finds out where Tammy Sytch is currently being held, she is likely to be served with the lawsuit in Florida.
