Stronghearts member El Lindaman has tested positive for COVID-19, as per The Wrestling Observer.
Lindaman’s condition was referenced in a Twitter post from Big Japan Pro Wrestling which also noted fellow Stronghearts member T-Hawk having been pulled from their upcoming January 19th show as a precaution.
We’ll be back in Shinkiba on January 19th! T-hawk was scheduled to wrestle Aoki but because he was a close contact to El lindaman who tested positive for COVID-19 has to sit out. Kuma Arashi will take his place. Aoki who has been defeated once looks for revenge! #bjw_english#bjwpic.twitter.com/4KH8rtohsJ

The report on The Observer did however confirm that T-Hawk himself has not tested positive.
The news will come as a blow for the popular group, who had started 2021 with a typically busy schedule, including bouts in ZERO1, Big Japan, J STAGE and Total Triumph Team.
Lindaman is currently a double champion in ZERO1, having scooped the promotion’s International Junior Heavyweight and World Junior Heavyweight Championships in November of last year.
The Stronghearts were featured sparingly in All Elite Wrestling during the early days of the promotion, with the trio (including CIMA) most notably falling to SCU at Double or Nothing 2019.
Having last competed for the promotion in January 2020, the group were then limited to working in Japan due to ongoing travel restrictions owed to the global pandemic.
Everyone at Inside the Ropes wishes El Lindaman the best in his recovery.
