Stone Cold Steve Austin has teased a major return.
First aired in 2019, fans visualised a different side of The Texas Rattlesnake. Hanging up his wrestling boots, Hall of Famer Stone Cold Steve Austin began an official video podcast show with WWE, with The Undertaker as his first guest.
Airing for 30 episodes, the show ran its last episode on August 19th, 2022, with Charlotte Flair. However, long before his video podcasting journey, Austin ran the ‘Steve Austin Show’ which began in 2013 and ran till 2020. Speaking on The Ariel Helwani Show, Austin teased the return of his iconic original podcast.
“I guess I got lucky because I looked at a lot of people when I first started doing the podcast and interviewing people and when you first start talking to people, even though you’ve been talking your whole life, interviewing is something different. It’s a learned skilled. I guess I grabbed onto it okay. I wouldn’t say I’m the best by any stretch. I’ve been thinking a little bit about starting back in the podcast business.
I think my podcast aired five years ago. I’ve been thinking about getting back in the game. Maybe something more about my life than interviewing people. I’m trying to make a decision on that.”

WWE Hall Of Famer Stone Cold Steve Austin Open To This Unique Final Match
Speaking to Ariel Helwani on The Ariel Helwani Show, Steve Austin shared his thoughts on his WrestleMania 38 final match against Kevin Owens, before opening up on the chance of wrestling again in this unique match.
“Totally. There is always that part in te back of your mind — there was a match, I think they billed it as an exhibition match between Nick Bockwinkel and Billy Robinson in Japan. Those two guys put on a really nice clinic. It was about 11 to 15 minutes and the Japanese people really appreciated that match. Those guys were badass and could really work. To do something like that would be fun. It’s an exhibition, you’re not trying to go out there and steal the show, just go out there to do it one more time in front of the fans because you love the business as much as you do and it would be very interesting.
You always think in the back of your mind about something like that. Exhibition-style, so you don’t have all that pressure of trying to be who you were in your athletic prime. When you’re out of prime, there is a night and day difference of how you can perform. That’s the way it is for any athlete in any sport. If that was my last endeavor in the ring, I’m totally at peace with it. I ran hard, I had fun. We achieved a lot. It was what it was and I have no regrets. I gave it everything I had,
