Stone Cold Steve Austin has stomped a mudhole in his Straight Up television series and walked it dry by revealing who his favourite guest was for season two.

Since stepping away from the squared circle at WrestleMania XIX in 2003, ‘The Texas Rattlesnake’ has been a man of many talents. An acting career saw him take roles in hit movies The Condemned, Sylvester Stallone blockbuster The Expendables and Grown Ups 2, while his Redneck Island and Broken Skull Challenge reality game shows have been a hit with fans old and new.

However, it’s as a host of his own talk shows where Steve Austin has come into his own with WWE Network’s Broken Skull Sessions a major hit, followed closely by USA Network’s Straight Up Steve Austin where the star travels around the country in a vehicle of his choosing with a celebrity guest as they tell tales of their lives.

Now, ‘The Texas Rattlesnake’ has joined the cast of WWE’s The Bump to discuss Straight Up Steve Austin and who his favourite guest has been on the filming of season two:

“The most exciting thing had to be with WWE Superstar Charlotte Flair. She came out to Los Angeles, where I live, and we got out on the water. [We got on] a part speedboat/part submarine…So, Charlotte comes out, and we spend the day together.

You know, I’ve known Charlotte forever. But I’ve never spent too much time with her because she’s always at shows and she’s always performing and working. So, to hang out with her all day was really spectacular to find out who she is as a person. We all know how talented she is, and she’ll go down as one of the greatest. But I had to learn how to drive that contraction the day before she came. For her to come there while I’m driving it and for us to have a good time, that was probably the most exciting moment of season two.”

Straight Up Steve Steve Austin Season 2 began airing on January 11, 2021, with the Charlotte Flair episode due to end the season on March 8 on USA Network.
