Stipulation Added To Damian Priest vs. Drew McIntyre Match At WWE Clash At The Castle

Drew McIntyre has ensured his match against Damian Priest at WWE Clash at the Castle will be contested on an even playing field.

Opening the June 10th episode of Raw, McIntyre pointed out that wherever Priest goes The Judgment Day is not far behind, meaning that he was once again at risk of being screwed out of another championship reign. The World Heavyweight Champion interrupted and accused his challenger of making excuses. Priest laid down the challenge for later in the night that if McInytre could defeat Finn Balor then The Judgment Day would be banned from ringside at Clash at the Castle.

Taking place in the main event of the show, McIntyre was able to fend off repeated interference from The Judgment Day to hit a Claymore onto Balor and win the match, meaning that Priest will have to go it alone in Glasgow.

Drew McIntyre Issues Warning To CM Punk

Although The Judgment Day is now barred from ringside for the match at Glasgow, CM Punk is not. Having previously teased that he would be in attendance for the upcoming Premium Live Event, it has been speculated that it will be Punk that will once again be the reason for McIntyre failing to walk out as the World Champion. Very much aware that CM Punk could be a factor in his match, Drew McIntyre has previously issued a warning to the Chicago native.

McIntyre previously defeated Seth Rollins to win the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 40. Following the match, McIntyre gloated about his victory in front of CM Punk, who was a guest commentator for the match. With Punk taking all that he could handle from McIntyre, Punk attacked the new champion to set up the Money in the Bank cash-in from Priest.

In a new interview, Drew McIntyre has looked back on an infamous promo segment with CM Punk.
