On the April 21st edition of AEW Dynamite, Darby Allin and Jungle Boy tore the house down in a thrilling main event. The contest later drew praise from a fired up Sting after the show went off the air.
The match for Allin’s TNT Championship was non-stop action from start to finish, with Jungle Boy seemingly having the championed beaten on numerous occasions. Following much high-flying and adrenaline fuelled back and forth, Allin eventually picked up the win with the Last Supper roll-up.
During the match, Sting who was in Allin’s corner and Luchasaurus who was supporting Jungle Boy, got into an altercation at ringside and eventually brawled all the way to the back. However, as the match came to its conclusion Scorpio Sky and Ethan Page attacked both men in the ring before Lance Archer attempted to make the save. Archer was hit with a double low blow, but just as all seemed lost, Sting returned to the ring to stand tall.
After the show went off the air, a fired up Sting grabbed a microphone and addressed the crowd calling the main event “the best wrestling I have ever seen.”

“Does it get any better than what you just saw!?This is the best wrestling I have ever seen, and I mean that. I have seen a lot of years of wrestling. Give it up for Jungle Boy. Give it up for Darby. Give it up for AEW. It’s Showtime with AEW!”
The Icon then led the crowd in an AE Dub chant before leaving the ring.
