Stephanie Vaquer Finally Breaks Silence On Naomi's Announcement, Updates On WWE Clash In Paris Status

Stephanie Vaquer took direct shots at Naomi after her RAW announcement ahead of Clash in Paris.

Vaquer took to X to share a heartfelt message after Naomi’s big news. Vaquer began by congratulating her and her husband, Jimmy, on expecting their first child. She admitted she had kept this message private at first, knowing Naomi would be swept away by joy. She wrote:

I didn’t tell you before because you were surely overwhelmed with emotions, but I want to congratulate you and Jimmy on the future superstar that’s on the way. Someday I’ll tell your baby how they helped you escape from me and prevented ‘Stephanie Velcro’ from winning the title in Paris.

Enjoy this new chapter, I know you’re going to be a great mom, Chiquita. I’m already ready for Paris and I’ll be here, waiting for you whenever you decide to come back @TheTrinity_Fatu”

Despite her tease, Vaquer made it clear she fully supports her opponent’s new journey into motherhood. She wrapped up her note by looking ahead to the WWE Clash in Paris.

This message from Vaquer makes it clear that she is eager to return to the ring and hopes Naomi will be there too. With that, Vaquer balanced humor and respect, giving fans a glimpse of her friendly side and her commitment to the Paris event.

The Rivalry Between Naomi and Stephanie Vaquer

Despite their on-screen rivalry, Vaquer congratulated Naomi on the good news, and she replied, commenting on the tweet: “Thank you chiquita going to miss you for a little while.” However, she quickly got back in her heel persona and quoted Vaquer’s post, writing:

Velvetta please! Me and my baby gone beat your a⚠️⚠️ when I get back. I don’t wish you well in Paris hahahhahahaha⚠️”

Vaquer won the 20-woman battle royal on July 13, 2025, at WWE Evolution by eliminating Lash Legend. This victory earned her a title shot at Clash in Paris against the Women’s World Heavyweight Champion, who was IYO SKY at the time. But during the main event of Evolution between Rhea Ripley and SKY, Naomi cashed in her Money in the Bank contract to secure the win.

This heavily changed the landscape of the women’s division. Now, along with Vaquer, there were a total of 3 contenders for the Women’s title. Ripley and SKY got their title shot at SummerSlam in a triple threat match-up, but the champion successfully defended her title, setting up a match against Vaquer in Paris.

However, following last week’s RAW, the title is now vacant as Naomi had to relinquish it. WWE hasn’t revealed its plans for the world title. the Clash in Paris match, but we can expect an announcement soon.
