Former WWE authority figure Sonya Deville made a shocking return to NXT to aid Toxic Attraction!
Mandy Rose has been embroiled in a feud with Alba Fyre for weeks, and tension hit a fever pitch last week when Fyre attacked the members of Toxic Attraction in the ever-dangerous NXT parking lot and kidnapped the NXT Women’s Champion. She said that after taking a joyride with Rose, she had a championship match at Halloween Havoc.
This week, Fyre took on Jacy Jayne in singles action and after handing a defeat to the Toxic Attraction member, she was shockingly attacked by a hooded figure who appeared in the crowd. When the attacker removed her hood, it was revealed that she was none other than Mandy Rose’s former tag team partner-turned-rival Sonya Deville.

Later in the show, Sonya spoke to McKenzie Mitchell backstage and explained that while she and Mandy had their problems in the past (alluding to their last on-screen interaction), they’re still best friends, and if Mandy says Toxic Attraction are her girls, then in turn they’re Sonya’s girls as well. She said that she doesn’t know what Alba Fyre is thinking with her burning bat, but she can’t just abduct the greatest NXT Women’s Champion of all time and get away with it.
Sonya then told McKenzie to wait outside of the medical area and tell Alba Fyre that next week, Sonya Deville will be waiting for her – but if she chooses to show up, she won’t make it to Halloween Havoc to face Mandy Rose for the NXT Women’s Championship.
Elsewhere on the show, Nathan Frazer emerged victorious in his best of three series against Axiom and earned the final spot in the Halloween Havoc ladder match to crown a new North American Champion.
