Son Of WWE Hall Of Famer Receives Try-Out Offer From Triple H

Reason Behind WWE's Intensive Promotion Of The Triple H Era Revealed

The son of this Hall of Famer is seemingly one step closer to WWE.

The Colorado Buffaloes Inside Linebacker Gage Goldberg is nearing his spot in the Stamford-based promotion. Son of Hall of Famer Goldberg, long speculated on following a similar path to his father, from football to wrestling, could be nearing the spot.

Not playing a single match for this team in the 2024 season, he had previously opened up on keeping wrestling as a backup plan if a football career did not work out. Recently in an interview with Bill Apter of SportsKeeda, the young footballer praised Triple H.

I honestly love Triple H. He’s super nice to my dad, great person, very nice to my mom. I like him, he’s awesome. “

The youngster later claimed that The Game has asked to give him a call whenever he wants to try his hand at the promotion.

Oh yeah, yes sir.”

Refusing to go bald like his father in the wrestling business, Gage Goldberg still has a lot of time left in football and could star for the Colorado Buffaloes on December 28, as they will take on BYU.

Gage Goldberg Opens Op Having WWE As A Backup Plan

Speaking with Bill Apter of Sportskeeda WrestleBinge, son of Bill Goldberg, discussed his plans to perform as a wrestler and having it as a backup plan. The 18-year-old commented,

I mean, yes and no, for sure, because wrestling would be cool. Being amped up and everything, having all the adrenaline. But then also, like, I know my place right now is with football. So I’m going to live this out and see where that takes me. If it doesn’t work out, could be wrestling. Don’t know. It’s a backup plan.”
